We the Parents Association are proud to be involved in the school community.
Our aim and objectives are to enhance and promote the school and to help out in any way that we can while maintaining the ethos of the school.
Who we are
The Parents Association is open to all parents and guardians of children whom are attending the school.
The Parents Association Committee is made up out of parents, 2 teachers representatives and the principal.
2 of the members are the parents representatives on the Board of Management.
We have 3 representatives on the newly formed Tipperary ETB Parents Forum.
We are affiliated with the National Parents Council.
What we do
Every year we as an association hold a Church gate collection in Roscrea and all surrounding feeder towns/villages.
These collections are well supported and make it possible for us to help and support the students and school where needed.
- We supported the refurbishing of the school library
- Supported the sports teams wherever needed
- Supported school musicals, Fashion show and Cre festival
We meet an average of 6 times a school year, during which we discuss school developments, raise concerns etc. upcoming events.
New members are welcome to become involved at any time during the year.
