On Wednesday the 6th of November our senior hurling panel traveled to Na Piarsaigh GAA pitch for the first match of the championship. We started off the second half strong after a few substitutions were made and all made a good impact when they came on. There was a lot of pressure on the backline but Paul Simpson, Mikey Loughnane and Jack Moloney worked well to keep them out as much as possible.
