First Year Girls Soccer
Our First year girls got their soccer season off to a winning start on 7th Dec when they travelled to Newbridge to play Newbridge in the first round of the competition. In atrocious weather conditions our girls battled hard and came out on top with a scoreline of 3-2. Unfortunately, in their second-round match on Wednesday Dec13th, at home in Roscrea, they came up against fierce opposition in Loreto College, Kilkenny who defeated our girls despite their best efforts. We have some super talent coming through on this team and we look forward to watching them represent the school for years to come.
Junior Rugby Blitz in Mullingar
On Tuesday 12th December our junior boys travelled to Mullingar to compete in a rugby blitz. A super day out was had by all.
