Career News Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré
On Wednesday 14th of September, 57 Sixth Year students travelled to the Irish Times Higher Options in the RDS, Dublin. Here they had the opportunity to meet and talk with representatives of all the main Irish Educational Institutions as well as many from the U.K, Europe and further afield. Students also were able to attend lectures and talks on a variety of careers –Agriculture, Computers, Design and Nursing & Science. An informative and an enjoyable day was held by all. Thanks to Ms. Corcoran, Fr. Lorcan, Ms Leyne and Mr O’Brien for bringing us.
Hospice Coffee Morning
Well done to all the staff of Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré who helped and supported the Hospice Coffee Morning held on Thursday the 15th of September in the staffroom.
Over €400 was raised which is a great achievement – all monies raised will be donated locally.
